Gönenç ŞENER, PMP®

Gönenç Şener, graduated from İzmir Fen Lisesi in year 1990. He received a bachelor's degree from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, Department of Computer Engineering. Then he completed Manager Development Program in İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi.


During his working life, which has started in year 1995, he worked international air transportation (TNT International Express) and e-commerce (Hepsiburada.com) sectors holding positions such as Project Manager, Information and Communication Systems Coordinator, Project Office Manager and Process Development and Projects Manager.


He has expertise on management of IT projects, implementing project office, quality, benchmarking, process development and EFQM Excellence Model.

He has been working for Kalder National Quality Award Process as assessor since 2006 and as senior assessor since 2011. He has provided external assessment and consultancy to a lot of companies which joined into the national quality movement.

Within the organizations he worked for, he took office in many different national and international (in Europe and Africa) projects as project team member or project manager.
